The Process feature takes into account BUF MAX values for items (stocking levels); and items that are produced to meet demand for existing sales orders. It also gives you full visibility into the process, with the ability to quickly adjust production as requirements change allowing employees to be more efficient.
Material Planning & Production Management will allow you to create production work orders based on sales order demand, manually, or stocking levels defined. It will manage production work orders using the drag and drop production scheduling board and track warranty for manufactured parts. The MRP Inquiry program allows for displaying of open sales order, purchase order and work order for each item. This enhancement also calculates material requirement quantity based on replenishment stocking levels and existing sales, purchase order, and work order transactions. You can also plan purchasing and manufacturing activities to minimize waste and manage cost work orders based on actual material, labor, and overhead costs.
