IIG’s Mobile Field Services solution uses Sage SData technology, which allows for seamless integration with Sage 100. This application is integrated with IIG’s Service Management solution, making it easier for your crew out on the field. It allows them to use any handheld device (Android, iPhone, iPad, MS Surface and other tablet PCs, netbooks and notebooks / IE 10 and 11) to:
• Access task and dispatch information in the field
• Change the status of tasks and dispatches assigned
• Enter labor and material used in the field
• User license is not required for field technicians using the mobile solution.
IIG’s Mobile Field Services Solution also has phenomenal mapping software as well. It integrates with MapPoint and MapQuest, allowing dispatchers to view the location of each technician and route technicians accordingly.
Additional features include capturing customer signatures on the field, displaying customer information, and displaying Equipment Repair history.
