This newly-designed solution will help your company’s field technicians tremendously with their daily tasks in the field by operating with any handheld device (i.e. iPad, iPhone, Android, MS Surface tablet, and more).
Technicians will be able to access task and dispatch information in the field, change the status of tasks and dispatches assigned, and enter labor and material used in the field.
Further, a user license is not required for field technicians using this mobile solution.
This feature also works well with MapQuest and MapPoint allowing technicians to locate and route accordingly.
